Managed all stakeholders and was responsible for all aspects of the project.
- Managed & Lead multiple cross functional teams, rated project for complexity & estimated resource requirements.
- Extensive experience in overseeing System Integrator activities ensuring Client interests were take care of. Have working relationships with all major SI’s.
- Industry Focus : Media & Advertising, Music, Software with cloud based platforms, Government research organizations, CPG, Utility, Manufacturing & Pharmaceutical.
- MBA in Finance, and undergraduate focus in Finance & Auditing. Strong financial modelling and strategic management experience. Strongly contributed in establishing IT Road Maps and strategically aligning them with the vision of the Business.
